Equal Vision’s focus on multiple morbidities.

We have led several initiatives supporting people with multiple morbidities. Our work funded by Health Education England explored the role of peer support workers (PSW) to support families affected by another person’s comorbidity.

We engaged over 60 of our members and other participants from the community in this piece of work. You can download the report to read the key findings and recommendations.

Equal Vision have delivered a range of projects supporting families affected by multiple morbidities. Working in partnership with Everton in the Community we delivered an intergenerational drug awareness and peer support project, facilitating holistic interventions. We have also team up with Victory Outreach to promote pathways into rehabilitation.
